What the Rich DO that the poor and middle class DO NOT!

Hi there!

You are a success!
Dear friend, I mean it! YOU are a success.

Congratulations! I would like to acknowledge you for
1) T
aking the first step on the path to getting RICH!
2) Taking the time to read this.
The fact that you've made your way here only means that you are interested in your own personal development and success. And for that, you're a success. So please give yourself a big round of applause.

This blog has been designed to change the way you think about money, to provide you with information you'll need on your path to wealth, and to set you in a plan of action to get what you desire.

There's absolutely only ONE way to Get Rich!

What is the key to getting RICH? I don't mean, making money, just getting by, or making a little more today than you did yesterday. I mean making truck loads of money!

The key has always been summarized in one word: "Leverage."

"I'd rather have 1% of the efforts of 100 people, than 100% of my own!"
Jean Paul Getty
Billionaire, founder of Getty Oil Company

Businesses allows you to use leverage. You use the leverage of your employees time and skill, pay them a little less than what they’re worth, and you can become very wealthy. Leverage is clearly the key to becoming wealthy. If you look at some of the richest people around the world, they are people who build businesses! Henry Ford, Michael Dell, Bill Gates, Richard Branson. That's the richest game in the world! So if you say "Well, it's too risky," then you're taking yourself out of the potential of becoming millionaires and billionaires! That's the price of having that thought, that reality!

The Mechanics of Leverage

There's only 3 main money earning situations out there today.

1) Work for someone else (Someone employs you)
2) Be a professional (Doctor, Attorney, Accountant, Engineer etc)
3) Own your own business

In both number 1 and 2, you go get an education of some kind and exchange your expertise for someone's dollars. The real PROBLEM with that formula is that if you're not exchanging expertise, you're not making any dollars! That ends you up working forever.

The Rich spend money to buy time. The poor spend time to buy money. Read that again!

In every business, sooner or later you'll be running out of time or talent. When you try to do it all by yourself, you can't! You absolutely must employ others, so you can get MORE done. By employing others, you're leveraging off the efforts of other people! True wealth is beyond anyone's reach without using the use of leverage to employ others!

Let me simplify this. Wealth is created by either people at work or money at work! For example, $5 million dollars at 10% interest yields $500,000 a year in residual income. You're leveraging off your money. Your money is working for you! That's having money working for you, which is the GOAL! But, how does one get the money, initially, to put to work?

By having people at work!

Time is our most precious resource! It's how we multiply our time.

Suppose you own a company and you employ just one person, Me. You work for 8 hours on Monday and I work for 8 hours on Monday. You get paid on 16 hours worth of work! You take a portion of my productivity as income for yourself! You're leveraging off my efforts because I'm your employee. So theoretically,

The more employees that work for you, the more leverage you have! That's people at work. And that's what ONLY businesses can provide. You must run a business before you can have your goal which is to have money work for you. You need BIG money to work to make more money.

Because of leverage, it makes some people really really rich, while others stay the same financially, or even get worse. This is better explained with the diagram below:

People in the 'E' and 'S' quadrant makes 90% of the population. But sadly, they make 10% of the total wealth.
People in the 'B' and 'I' quadrant makes 10% of the population. But gladly, they make 90% of the total wealth! How? People at work and money at work.

The Rich spend money to buy time. The poor spend time to buy money.

BOTTOMLINE: The ONLY way to be rich is to LEVERAGE. By building a BUSINESS!
